Sanjana’s work is grounded in the belief that people already carry the capacity for growth and change. Therapy is approached as a collaborative process that prioritizes safety, trust, and understanding, while exploring the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to support meaningful change.

Her approach is relational and strengths-based, helping clients build awareness of patterns that may be keeping them stuck, while also recognizing what is already working. Therapy becomes a space to develop insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a fuller expression of one’s potential.

She integrates CBT, DBT-informed skills, and psychodynamic principles within a trauma-informed framework, tailoring therapy to each person’s needs and strengths. Sessions are designed to feel steady and grounding, so therapy becomes a space clients can genuinely look forward to returning to each week.
